Welcome!
I am currently procrastinating from studying for my midterms next week by creating this "new" blog. I've been suffering from writer's block on my other one, as I feel like each entry ends up having to do with happiness and disconnecting. I still believe this to be true, but I'm hoping that if I can have an underlying theme for a blog (besides lifestyle), maybe it'll be easier to write posts.
I want to focus Some Thanks to Give on my travels and adventures. My friends Kate, Kat, and I are going camping this Thanksgiving break and we are stoked, but looking at the weather we realized we were in for a cold week. Fittingly, we are driving back home on Thanksgiving, and I joked that this year we'd really have many things to be grateful for (like warm feet, and a soft mattress). I also thought this would be a nice way to share pictures of my travels, and jot down how I feel in the present moment of these trips.
I think a lot of the time I take many things for granted, and I want to focus on sharing positive energy and realizing that I have so much to be thankful for. Furthermore, I'm hoping that this will encourage me to do more exciting things and document them.
I guess I should get back to studying now...
Thanks for reading,
Ella
